- 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and finely crumbled
- ⅓ cup fresh chives, finely minced (16g)
- ⅓ cup pecans, finely chopped (36g)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheese mixture:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning
- Mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth
- Form the balls:
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each ball
- Roll between your palms to form 16 uniform balls
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
- Prepare the coating:
- In a shallow bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, minced chives, and chopped pecans
- Mix well to ensure even distribution
- Finish and serve:
- Roll each chilled cheese ball in the bacon mixture, pressing gently to coat
- Arrange on a serving platter
