  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
  5. Prepare bang bang sauce: Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl. Mix well.
  6. Divide the sauce in half. Set one half aside for serving.
  7. Brush the chicken skewers with the other half of the sauce.
  8. Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  10. Transfer cooked skewers to a plate and drizzle with reserved sauce.
  11. Serve immediately.
