- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1¼ cups mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
- Prepare bang bang sauce: Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl. Mix well.
- Divide the sauce in half. Set one half aside for serving.
- Brush the chicken skewers with the other half of the sauce.
- Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
- Transfer cooked skewers to a plate and drizzle with reserved sauce.
- Serve immediately.
