Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. This is your glaze.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the glaze generously over each salmon fillet, covering the entire surface.
