1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
⅓ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until blended. Be careful not to overmix.
