- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Set aside.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until blended. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour into Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the bread comes out clean.
