Directions:
- Allow the ribeye steak to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, butter, rosemary, thyme, and parsley until well combined.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is shimmering, place the steak in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired level of doneness is reached.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Generously spread the garlic herb butter on top of the steak and allow it to melt from the steak’s heat.
