Instructions
- Preheating your oven to 400°F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep your ingredients:
- Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rings (or quarter smaller potatoes)
- Slice the kielbasa into 3/4-inch thick rings
- Mince the fresh parsley
- Press the garlic cloves
- In your mixing bowl, combine:
- Sliced potatoes and kielbasa
- Olive oil
- Pressed garlic
- Sea salt
- Parsley
- Spread everything evenly on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until your potatoes are beautifully browned and crispy.
