Ingredients:

  • 200g linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 jumbo shrimps, for frying
  • 1/2 cup flour (for frying the jumbo shrimp)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (for frying the jumbo shrimp)
  • 4 chicken wings
  • 1 large potato
  • 200g beef mince
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Directions:

  1. Boil linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and let it simmer.
  3. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Add the large shrimp and cook until pink. Mix with the linguine to create Shrimp Alfredo.
  4. For jumbo fried shrimps: Dredge each shrimp in flour, then egg, and back into flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Halve the potato and scoop out some flesh to create a pocket. Fill with beef mince, top with cheddar cheese, and bake until the potato is cooked and the cheese is melted.
