Italian Baked Beef Loaf with Mozzarella

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, half of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic, onion, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until they are just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
