Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30 lumpia wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine pork, garlic, onions, carrots, green onions, cabbage, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully separate one wrapper and place on a flat surface.
- Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto the wrapper, folding the sides in and then rolling tightly.
- Wet the edge of the wrapper with water to seal.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and pork mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry 3 to 4 lumpia at a time, flipping occasionally, until the wrappers are golden brown.
